When I am in Oslo, I like staying here. It's fine base for sightseeing and exploring Oslo.

Staying at this hotel has its ups and downs. On the bright side, the breakfast spread is absolutely amazing! There are so many different options to choose from and everything is delicious. the location is convenient for exploring the surrounding area, as there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with modern bathrooms that are well-equipped with everything that you need.

The wayfinding within the hotel could use some improvement. It was difficult to navigate around some areas, like the sauna and swimming pool, and there were not enough signs or directions to help out.

We had a pleasant stay with great breakfast variety and friendly staff. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and we enjoyed the hotel facilities. The transportation was convenient, and the location was ideal for exploring this city.

The breakfast in the stunning main hall was a grand affair. The buffet spread was opulent and the dining experience in the large winged armchairs was truly enjoyable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my requests for a vegan option a welcome adaptation. The bedroom was superb, with a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep.

For the price I paid, I was disappointed to find that there was no TV in the room. the description of the room provided by the receptionist at check-in was somewhat confusing.

The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for sun loungers with a view of the beautiful surroundings. The spa and wellness centre was immaculate and incredibly luxurious. The private facilities were top-notch and I had an incredible experience. The rooftop pool offered a stunning space to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The elevator operation was a bit challenging to get used to, but this minor issue didn't dampen my experience. The way finding in the sauna and swimming pool area could have been improved.

The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The highlight was they keep it open till late. It was also well located in the city centre, which made it convenient to explore all the tourist spots. the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

The signage in the hotel was confusing, especially in the pool and sauna area. It would be helpful if the hotel management could install some small tasteful signs to make the navigation easier.

The fitness center was so fabulous, I felt guilty just looking at it. The buffet breakfast was a food lover's dream come true. The spa center made me feel like royalty.

My mind-numbing questions about the city were met with blank stares. How dare they not have a concierge!

We had a blast at the hotel's lively karaoke nights and enjoyed the thrill of the casino.

I also enjoyed the comfortable rooms and spacious bathrooms.
